The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It is your real-time operations command center showing key financial metrics, FBR compliance status, stock alerts, and activity feeds — all in one place.

The Command Center Header

At the top of the dashboard you will find three status pills:

  • ● Operations Command Center — always visible to confirm you are on the main dashboard.
  • Your Business Name badge.
  • FBR Mode Indicator:
    • ● Live FBR Production — all invoices are being submitted to FBR in real time.
    • ● FBR Sandbox Testing — you are in test mode; no real submissions are made.
    • ● Manual Operations — FBR integration is off; invoices are logged locally.

Key Performance Metric Cards

Three KPI cards show your financial position for the selected period:

  • Recovery (Total Billed Sales): The total value of all issued sales invoices. This is your gross revenue.
  • Payables (Outstanding Procurement): How much you currently owe to your suppliers (accounts payable).
  • Net Position: A snapshot calculated as Collections − Payables for the period.

FBR Digital Invoicing Dashboard Card

The FBR card is your compliance health monitor. It shows:

  • Total Invoices: Number of invoices issued in the selected period and their total value.
  • Collected: Amount already paid by customers. The "Due" sub-line shows outstanding receivables.
  • Total GST: The total Goods & Services Tax collected across all invoices — this is your output tax liability.

How to Change the Date Range / Period

  1. On the right side of the header card, find the Date Range Picker panel.
  2. Click inside the date field.
  3. Choose a preset like This Month, Last 30 Days, or Tax Year, or drag a custom start and end date.
  4. Click Apply. All KPI cards, charts, and tables refresh instantly.
💡 Tip:The default period is the current Pakistan Tax Year (July 1 – June 30). Switch to "This Month" for a quick monthly health check.

Low Stock Alerts

If any product falls below its configured Alert Quantity, a red badge appears in the low-stock widget. Click any product name to jump directly to its stock history.

Recent Activity Feed

The bottom section shows the latest sales, purchases, and payments. Each row includes the invoice number, customer/supplier name, amount, and FBR sync status. Click any row to open the full transaction detail.
