The FBR Logs page is your compliance audit console. It displays the status of every invoice payload sent to the Federal Board of Revenue, including FBR's response, any errors, and the Fiscal Invoice Number (FIN) received.

Navigating to FBR Logs

  1. Click FBR in the left sidebar.
  2. Click FBR Logs (or Audit Logs).

Page Summary Cards

At the top of the page, four metric cards provide a quick health check:

  • Total Transactions: How many invoices are in the log for the selected period.
  • Per Page: How many records are displayed per page.
  • Page / Total Pages: Your current position in the paginated results.
  • Active Filters: How many filters are currently applied (shown as a warning badge).

Understanding the Log Table

  • Invoice No.: Your internal invoice number.
  • FIN (Fiscal Invoice Number): The unique number assigned by FBR upon successful submission.
  • Submitted At: The date and time the system sent the payload to FBR.
  • Status:
    • ✓ Success — FBR accepted the invoice.
    • ✗ Failed — FBR rejected the payload. See the error message.
    • ⏳ Pending — Awaiting FBR response.
  • Error Message: For failed entries, the exact FBR error message is displayed here.
  • Last Activity: The timestamp of the most recent action on this log entry.

Filtering the Logs

  1. Click the Toggle Filters button at the top-right.
  2. Transaction ID: Enter a specific invoice number to find it instantly.
  3. Has Error? Toggle this to show only failed submissions.
  4. Date From / Date To: Limit results to a date range.
  5. Click Apply Filters. The active filter count badge updates.

Retrying a Failed Submission

  1. Identify the failed log entry.
  2. First, fix the underlying cause of the error (see the FBR Integration troubleshooting guide).
  3. Go back to the original invoice in Sales → List Sales.
  4. Click Actions → Sync with FBR.
  5. Return to FBR Logs and refresh to confirm the status is now Success.
📌 Note:The FBR Logs page shows entries for the current business location. If you manage multiple locations, switch the active location from the top-bar location selector to see its logs.
