Partner Dashboard — Complete Guide to Every Section
The Partner Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into the Partner Portal. It gives you a real-time view of your portfolio performance, referral links, commission earnings, and customer engagement — all in one place.
Application Status Banner (Pending Partners)
When your account is not yet approved, the banner shows three information cards:
- Partner Status: Your current review stage (e.g., Under Review, Approved).
- Logo State: Whether your company logo has been uploaded and accepted.
- Next Allowed Actions: A checklist of what you can do right now while waiting (e.g., upload logo, complete profile).
Dashboard View Tabs
Once approved, the top of the page shows three view tabs:
- Overview — The default view: referral links, revenue chart, and commission KPI cards.
- Engagement — Customer engagement activity and lead conversion metrics.
- Sales — Detailed breakdown of sales performance across your portfolio.
Quick Action Buttons (Top Right)
- Support Tickets: Direct link to your support ticket list — use this whenever you need help from the DI-FBR team.
- Share: Opens sharing options to spread your referral links via WhatsApp, Email, or social media.
- Export: Downloads your dashboard summary as an Excel or PDF report.
Your Referral URL Cards
Two gradient cards show your unique referral links:
- Business Registration Referral URL (Violet): Share this with businesses you want to onboard as DI-FBR clients. When they register through this link, they are automatically linked to your partner account and you earn commission on their subscription.
- Partner Referral URL (Green): Share this with other consultants or IT firms to invite them to join the Partner Program. You earn a referral bonus when they onboard their first business.
How to Copy and Share Your Referral Link
- Find the referral card (violet for businesses, green for partners).
- Click Link to copy the raw URL to your clipboard.
- Click Message to copy a professionally written, pre-typed WhatsApp/email message that already includes your link — ready to paste and send instantly.
Revenue Chart
The large revenue card on the left shows your commission earnings plotted as a line chart over the current month. Key elements:
- Trend Line: The purple line shows your daily earning trajectory. An upward slope means you are earning more than the previous day.
- Month-over-Month Change: A green (+) or red (−) percentage shows how this month compares to last month.
- Date Labels: The start and end date of the chart period are shown below.
Commission KPI Cards (Right Side)
Four summary cards break down your commission earnings:
- This Month: Commissions earned so far in the current calendar month.
- Lifetime: Total commissions earned since you joined the Partner Program.
- Pending: Commissions that have been earned but are in the maturity period (typically 7–14 days) before they are released to your wallet. Shown in orange.
- Matured: Commissions that have cleared the maturity period and have been added to your Available Balance. Shown in green.
Customer Engagement Chart
The engagement chart tracks how actively your onboarded businesses are using DI-FBR — measured by logins, invoice creation, and feature usage. High engagement signals healthy, retained clients who are unlikely to churn.
