How to Manage Your Partner Profile

Your Partner Profile is your official identity on the DI-FBR platform. Keeping it accurate and complete is important for commission payouts, client trust, and white-label branding.

Navigating to Your Profile

  1. Click your name or avatar at the top-right of the Partner Portal.
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown, or click Profile in the sidebar.

Business Information Section

This section stores your agency/consultancy details:

  1. Agency / Business Name: Your company's legal name. This appears on partner certificates and commission reports.
  2. Contact Person Name: The name of the primary account holder.
  3. CNIC / NTN: Your personal or company tax ID — required for commission payouts.
  4. Mobile Number: Primary contact. Receives OTP and important alerts.
  5. Email Address: Used for login, ticket notifications, and commission emails.
  6. Business Address / City: Your registered business address.
  7. Click Save Profile after making changes.
⚠️ Warning:Your CNIC/NTN must be verified before any payout request can be processed. If it is not yet verified, you will see a Verification Required notice on your profile page.

Company Logo

  1. Scroll to the Logo section on your profile.
  2. Click Upload Logo.
  3. Choose a PNG or JPG file (recommended: 300×100px, transparent background).
  4. Click Save. The logo appears on your partner certificates and, if you have white-label access, on your clients' invoice headers.
📌 Note:Your logo is reviewed by the DI-FBR admin team after upload. The Logo State on your Dashboard will show Approved once it passes the review.

Bank Account Details (for Payouts)

  1. Scroll to the Bank Account section.
  2. Bank Name: Select your bank from the dropdown.
  3. Account Title: Must exactly match the name on your bank account.
  4. Account Number / IBAN: Your full account number or IBAN.
  5. Branch Code: Optional but recommended for faster processing.
  6. Click Save Bank Details.
⚠️ Warning:The Account Title must exactly match your bank account as registered with the bank. Mismatches cause payout rejections. Double-check before saving.

Changing Your Password

  1. Scroll to the Security section on your profile page.
  2. Current Password: Enter your existing password to verify your identity.
  3. New Password: Enter a strong new password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols recommended).
  4. Confirm New Password: Re-type the new password.
  5. Click Update Password.
💡 Tip:Use a password manager to generate and store a strong, unique password for your Partner Portal account. Never reuse the same password across multiple services.

Notification Preferences

  1. Scroll to the Notifications section.
  2. Toggle which events you want to receive email alerts for:
    • Commission credited to wallet.
    • Payout request status update.
    • Business subscription expiry reminders.
    • New support ticket reply.
    • Top-up approved or rejected.
  3. Click Save Preferences.
💡 Tip:Keep all notifications ON — especially commission and payout updates. These alerts let you act quickly when a payout is rejected or a business subscription is about to expire.
