How to Request a Commission Payout

Once your commissions have matured and your available balance is above the minimum threshold, you can withdraw funds directly to your registered bank account.
Steps to Request a Payout
- On the Wallet & Earnings page, click Request Payout.
- Amount: Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Must not exceed your current Available Balance.
- Bank Account: Your registered bank account is shown. If it is incorrect, update it in your Profile first.
- Note / Reference: Optional. Add any internal reference for your own records.
- Click Submit Payout Request.
Payout Processing Timeline
- Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.
- You will receive a notification (email + portal alert) when your payout is approved and dispatched.
- The amount is deducted from your available balance immediately when the request is submitted.
Viewing Payout History
- Click Payouts in the sidebar (or scroll to the Payouts section on the Wallet page).
- Every payout request is listed with: Request Date, Amount, Status (Pending / Approved / Rejected), and Processing Date.
- Click on any payout to see its full detail and bank transfer reference.
📌 Note:Only matured commissions can be withdrawn. Pending/unmatured commissions are locked until the maturity hold period expires. Plan your payout requests accordingly.
Commission Maturity — How It Works
When a business is registered or a subscription is renewed, a commission is instantly calculated. However, it is held in Pending status for a maturity period (typically 7–14 days). This protects against refund abuse. After the maturity period:
- The commission automatically moves from Pending to Matured.
- The matured amount is credited to your Available Balance.
- You can now withdraw it via a Payout Request.
