The Wallet & Earnings page is your financial hub inside the Partner Portal. It shows your available balance, commission history, transaction ledger, and payout options all in one place.
Navigating to the Wallet
- Click Wallet (or Wallet & Earnings) in the Partner Portal sidebar.
The Three Summary Cards
1. Digital Wallet Balance Card (Dark/Indigo)
This is the most important card — it shows your Available Balance (PKR) in real time. This is the amount you can use to:
- Register new businesses (subscription + setup fees are deducted here).
- Renew existing business subscriptions.
- Request a payout to your bank account.
The card also shows your Partner Account name and an Active status indicator.
2. Commission Overview Card
This card breaks down your commissions into two rows:
- Matured Commissions (Lifetime): Total commissions that have cleared the maturity period and have been credited to your available balance. Shown in green.
- Pending / Unmatured: Commissions earned but still within the maturity hold period (typically 7–14 days). Shown in amber. These will automatically move to Matured after the hold period.
3. Lifetime Ledger Stats Card
- Total Wallet Deposits: The cumulative total of all top-ups and commission credits ever added to your wallet.
- Total Withdrawals / Payouts: The cumulative total of all payouts sent to your bank account.
Transaction Ledger
The central table shows every transaction that has affected your wallet balance, including:
- Deposits: Wallet top-ups you initiated.
- Commission Credits: Commissions credited after a business was registered or renewed.
- Deductions: Amounts spent on business registrations and subscription renewals.
- Payouts: Withdrawals to your bank account.
- Adjustments: Manual credits or debits made by the DI-FBR admin team.
Each row shows the Date, Type, Reference, Amount, and Running Balance.
💡 Tip:Export your transaction ledger at month-end for your own bookkeeping records. Click Export on the ledger section to download as Excel.
