The Reports section provides data-driven insights across every aspect of your business. Here is a quick reference guide to every available report.

Navigating to Reports

  1. Click Reports in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the specific report from the submenu.

Reports by Category

Sales Reports

  • Sale Report: All invoices issued in a period with totals by date, customer, or product.
  • Product Sell Report: Which products were sold, in what quantities, and at what revenue.
  • Sell Payment Report: How customer payments were received by method (Cash, Bank, etc.).
  • GST Sales Report: Output tax collected on all sales — needed for FBR GST filing.

Purchase Reports

  • Purchase Report: All purchase bills in a period with supplier-level totals.
  • Product Purchase Report: How much of each product was purchased and at what cost.
  • Purchase Payment Report: Payments made to suppliers broken down by method.
  • GST Purchase Report: Input tax on purchases — used to calculate net GST payable.

Inventory Reports

  • Stock Report: Current quantity on hand and total value for every product.
  • Stock Details (Lot Report): Batch and lot-level stock tracking (if enabled).
  • Stock Expiry Report: Products approaching or past their expiry dates.

Financial Reports

  • Profit & Loss: Revenue vs. COGS vs. Expenses = Net Profit/Loss.
  • Purchase vs. Sale: Side-by-side comparison of what you bought and what you sold.
  • Register Report: Daily cash-register-level summaries including opening/closing balances.

Tax Reports

  • Tax Report: Summary of all taxes collected and paid.
  • Tax Transaction Report: Line-by-line tax detail for every transaction.
