How to View and Manage Your Subscription

The Subscription page lets you see your current plan, renewal date, billing history, and upgrade options.

Navigating to Subscription Settings

  1. Click your Business Name or the Account menu at the top-right.
  2. Select Subscription.

What You Will See

  • Current Plan: The name of your active plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, Lifetime).
  • Billing Period: Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime.
  • Next Renewal Date: When your subscription needs to be renewed.
  • Days Remaining: A countdown to your renewal date. The badge turns red when fewer than 14 days remain.
  • Features Included: A list of all features your current plan unlocks.

Renewing Your Subscription

  1. Click the Renew / Upgrade button.
  2. Select the plan and billing period.
  3. Pay through PayFast, Raast QR, or Offline Bank Transfer (your partner's wallet is charged automatically for partner-billed subscriptions).
  4. The renewal date is updated immediately upon payment confirmation.

Viewing Billing History

  1. Scroll down to the Payment History section.
  2. Each row shows the invoice date, amount paid, plan, period, and payment method.
  3. Click Download Receipt on any row to get a PDF receipt for your records.
⚠️ Warning:If your subscription expires, your account will be placed in a Read-Only state. You will be able to view data but will not be able to create new invoices or purchases until the subscription is renewed.
