How to Track and Reply to Your Support Tickets

Viewing Ticket Status
- Go to Support Tickets.
- The list shows all your tickets with their current status:
- Open: Submitted and awaiting assignment to a support agent.
- Waiting on Customer: The support team has replied and is waiting for your response.
- Resolved: The issue has been closed.
Filtering Your Tickets
- Use the Status filter to show only Open or Resolved tickets.
- Use the Priority filter to find urgent tickets quickly.
- Use the Search box to find a specific ticket by subject keyword.
Replying to a Ticket
- Click on the ticket Subject to open the detail and timeline view.
- Read the support team's response in the conversation thread.
- Type your reply in the text box at the bottom.
- Attach additional files if needed.
- Click Send Reply.
📌 Note:You will receive an email notification whenever the support team adds a reply to your ticket. Check your spam folder if you are not receiving these emails.
