How to Track and Reply to Your Support Tickets

Viewing Ticket Status

  1. Go to Support Tickets.
  2. The list shows all your tickets with their current status:
    • Open: Submitted and awaiting assignment to a support agent.
    • Waiting on Customer: The support team has replied and is waiting for your response.
    • Resolved: The issue has been closed.

Filtering Your Tickets

  1. Use the Status filter to show only Open or Resolved tickets.
  2. Use the Priority filter to find urgent tickets quickly.
  3. Use the Search box to find a specific ticket by subject keyword.

Replying to a Ticket

  1. Click on the ticket Subject to open the detail and timeline view.
  2. Read the support team's response in the conversation thread.
  3. Type your reply in the text box at the bottom.
  4. Attach additional files if needed.
  5. Click Send Reply.
📌 Note:You will receive an email notification whenever the support team adds a reply to your ticket. Check your spam folder if you are not receiving these emails.
