How to View Product Stock History

The Stock History page shows every single movement that has affected a product's quantity — sales, purchases, adjustments, and transfers.

Steps

1. Go to Products → List Products.
2. Click on the product name to open its details.
3. Click the Stock History tab.

What You Will See

• Date: When the movement occurred.
• Type: Sale (−), Purchase (+), Adjustment, or Transfer.
• Reference: The linked invoice, purchase bill, or adjustment reference number.
• Quantity Change: How many units were added or removed.
• Balance: The running stock level after each transaction.
